Chronic Disease Management- Monday evenings are reserved for the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) program which provides comprehensive treatment for hypertension, diabetes and other endocrine disorders.

Walk In Clinic (Tuesdays - Thursdays)- Services provided include nurse and physician consultation and any related services such as lab testing, imaging services and prescriptions.

Specialty Clinics- Specialty Clinics include dermatology, psychiatry and nutrition counseling on the 3rd Wednesday evening of the month at 6 PM.
