Pain in a tooth

My ears are hurting and itching real bad

I have broken, missing, and chipped teeth . I have difficulty eating..

I have broken, chipped, and rotted teeth. Quite a few teeth have large holes in them and they also have gaps in some places that I never had before. My Teeth are very yellow and stained and it’s very painful to eat anything even very cold things like ice cream.

Molar tooth extraction, part of the molar is exposed after the tooth cracked and fell out a long time ago. Gums and jaw swollen around the area recently.

I have broken, gaping holes on both upper and lower left. These may be missing fillings or actual chunks of tooth or both. I can't see that far back. I can feel the holes though with my finger or tongue. This rot is also causing horrible bad breath which makes it difficult to socialize. Even going to my mental health clinic is difficult..
