San Francisco Free Clinic provide free, accessible medical treatment to those without health insurance and to advance the field of primary care by providing educational opportunities for future medical practitioners.

Provide primary care services to individuals without health insurance.

These services include:


  • Preventive health care, cancer and heart disease screening

  • Diabetes care

  • Vaccinations

  • Treatment of non-emergency acute and chronic medical problems

  • Dietary Counseling

  • Yoga for health and mental well-being



Clinic Hours:


Mon-Fri 10:00am to 4:30pm, by appointment.


Call between 1:00pm and 4:30pm daily to schedule an appointment.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
