As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), each of the 4 clinics currently has a minimum nominal fee of $35.00 (subject to change without advanced or written notice) for an office visit. They continue to offer a sliding fee scale  for uninsured, underinsured, and insured patients in accordance with applicable federal guidelines/regulations.

Offers a sliding fee discount program. Based on your income and household size we are able to apply a discount to your visit. On the first visit to the clinic, please bring proof of your income and family size to help determine your discount.
