I have been to this clinic.I needed medical care. I paid based on my income (sliding-scale). The staff was friendly. I waited less than 30 minutes I wanted to share something about the High Point Community Clinic. I went to this clinic because I didn't have any insurance and very little income. I was welcomed from the start. This clinic is run by people who volunteer their time and by folks that donate money to keep it operating. Yes, you are reading this correctly - volunteers and donors are making this clinic possible. These people care. These people saved my life because without them I wouldn't have been treated for my COPD and probably wouldn't be alive today. I want to personally thank them and I hope to be able to give back some day.
