Back and neck pain causing headaches and pain in my left leg.

I have bad anxiety. I also been told I have a thyroid problem. I'm stressed out. On top of it. I have really bad teeth I keep a tooth ache. I have went to a few places but in order to get anything done they want over 3500.00 and I cant afford it.

Asthma, diabetes, anxiety, i am stressed out and can't focus on anything. everything in my life feels distant and scattered.

I have really bad teeth they are all broken an rotten an I need them pulled they hurt me so bad my face is swollen they are making me sick also I need a full health exam I was diagnosed 1 years ago with genetic nuropthay in my lower back and legs

Polycystic ovarian syndrome

sore throat, runny nose with green drainage, cough with green mucus, and head ache, weak.

I think i have neuropathy in my hands. Every morning they have numbness and hurt to touch anything or use them . I also need mammogram, i had breast cancer 17 yrs ago and havent had one in a few yrs. I need to be tested for STDs because i foolishly had unsafe sex with a intravenous drug user. I just need an overall exam. I have high BP i need medication for. Plus i need teeth pulled
