Told I was unable to do a walk in, for a week with a UTI. When I got there, the sign said "Walk ins welcome". (That's awful!) Then the notes for the day after the visit were misinformation and didn't match what was said. I'm at a loss. They also lied initially saying it could be free, and likely would be, but that the most I'd be charged is 25 dollars, as I have no income. I was very worried and had a long conversation with them about making sure there would be no surprise extra charges and was assured I'd be warned before I received care if there were. I paid the $25 dollars and came home. I was immediately billed another $5 dollars. No explanation. It's unclear whether or not I will continue to get more surprise new charges. They've put me right back to not having any access to healthcare due to financial need...
