The Haley Center is a ministry of First Baptist Church offering free primary health care for those who qualify. The only way to determine if a person qualifies is through an interview process at the clinic.
Clinic hours:
Tuesdays: 8am - 12 noon, 4:30pm - 8:30pm.
Wednesdays through Thursdays 8am - 12 noon
Must call to schedule an appointment
Will not accept share of cost.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    Was admitted to heart of Florida on 7/31/19 and discharged on 8/2/19 with 6 prescriptions for 30 day supply. I have no insurance and can not get a doctor to see me for follow up. My left ventricle is only pumping 15 percent. I am filing for disability but need meds to keep fluid down etc. My fluid was over 10,000 when in the hospital I have lost 20 lbs since then .
