Longwood Shepherd's Hope Health Center is a FREE clinic.

Uninsured and underinsured men, women, and children who meet eligibility guidelines can access acute care and specialty referrals.

Must meet the following criteria:

  • Do not currently have health insurance
  • At or below 200% poverty level
  • Are not covered by government assisted health care programs like Medicare or Medicaid

Morning Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 12 noon (Arrive by 8 am)

Evening Hours:

Monday - Thursday 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Arrive by 4 pm)

Mission Statement

A faith-based organization of volunteers that exists to provide access to healthcare for uninsured partners.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
