The Good Samaritan Free Clinic offers free primary medical care, including limited lab and x-ray, to patients age 16 to 64 who are working but have no medical insurance. Patients are seen by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Hours:
Mondays, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The following criteria must be met to receive medical services at Good Samaritan Free Clinic:
    Patient must be age 16 to 64 (photo identification required).
    Patient must be employed (proof of employment required).
    Patient has no medical insurance, including the Medical Card or Medicare (consent to verify insurance required).

Who is NOT eligible to use Good Samaritan's free services?
    Individuals who are unemployed.
    Individuals who have insurance, including the Medical Card, Medicare and veteran's assistance.
    Individuals suffering from work related injuries involving worker's compensation.
