Tri City Health Partnership is the only free medical and dental clinic in Central Kane County.

Serve low-income, uninsured individuals who live or work in Central Kane County. Patients never pay for services but are treated with respect by a small staff and over 100 volunteer medical and dental professionals.

Services Provided:

- Healthcare for Children and Adults
- Treatment for Chronic & Acute illnesses
- Specialist Referrals on a Limited Basis
- Limited Diagnostic Services

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Patients seen by appointment only.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Dental Only)

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I am seeking a dentist i do have dentures the top is cracked they are both loose and fall out if i don't put a lot of fixodent on them. I went two dentist already and they want big money that i don't have. I am on social security disability i get snap as for teeth if you guys can't help will you point me in the correct direction please i have had these dentures about twenty years please help
