We strive to give affordable healthcare to everyone using a sliding fee scale that is based on income. The fees are outlined below based on income and services (medical, behavioral health, and dental). If you are unable to pay the full charges, you will work with the Financial Counselor to make arrangements.

If you have insurance, you will pay the co-pays and deductibles according to your insurance policy. We accept almost all major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
If the co-pay is difficult for you to pay, please ask for the Financial Counselor to make arrangements.
