The Family Dental centers at Columbia and Salisbury provide the following services:
- Preventive Oral Health Care: oral health education, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Diagnostic Services: X-rays
- Restorative Care: dental fillings
- Endodontics: root canals
- Periodontics: treatment for gum disease
- Oral Surgery
- Prosthodontics: crown and bridge, partials and dentures
- Urgent services as needed
Their primary health care mission includes serving the uninsured and underinsured, and discounts are provided to the low income. They provides care to everyone, including those covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and uninsured persons. For those people who are uninsured charges are discounted based on income and total persons in the household. They believe that primary and preventative health services should be available to everyone regardless of ability to pay.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%.
