a student with no health insurance

I am 63 disabled & retired.i have had him disease since but great up poor with out the dental care.now I in alot of pain and eat poorly only 5 bottom teeth remain and at least 4 other teeth r are broke off.i have extra benefits w my medicare ins but it only pays for 1 procedure per yr that I need ,plz help.im so depressed about this and hurting
