Piedmont Health cares for all patients regardless of race, religion, national origin, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, military service or source of payment. We offer a variety of payment options for our patients. We accept almost all private insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as offer a sliding scale fee based on income and family size. Piedmont Health believes access to care should not be prevented due to income. In addition, all of our locations have staff that can assist patients in signing up for public and private insurances.

Piedmont Health Services has recently partnered with the Alamance-Burlington School System to develop School Health programs in Alamance County, including a school-based community health center in Snow Camp, NC. Sylvan Community Health Center is the on-campus health center, located beside Sylvan Elementary School. It serves students and staff, as well as providing health care for community members.

Patients should call ahead to make an appointment.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time for registration.
We do not accept patients on a walk-in basis.
