Mission Statement

Our mission is to create a medical home for uninsured families and individuals in the communities that we serve. We strive to empower each of our volunteers and staff members to make a positive and healthful impact on the lives of those we treat; thereby helping to create hope for a healthier and happier life.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I have had a abscess tooth infection that needed surgery two years ago but it cost $3,000 and I cannot afford it I have put that off and now the infection has spread it to my body and I have had ab and a boil on my back that keeps coming back and I have been putting it off because I can't afford to go to the doctor I have no insurance I am concerned that I have a staph infection in my blood system
