Run by Hofstra Northwell medical students with the support of onsite faculty-physicians, the Hofstra Northwell Free Clinic offers annual physicals, sick visits, vaccines, blood work, electrocardiograms and much more for patients in need, including referrals at low or no cost.

The Clinic is open and ready to see patients on Monday evenings (except holidays) from 6pm to 9pm.

Serving the basic primary care needs of the uninsured, patients can make an appointment for a clinic visit by calling 631-393-5650 weekdays from 9am to 5pm.

All welcome regardless of immigration status!Staffed by students and physicians of the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and Northwell Health System.
