My knee doesn't hurt unless I try to straighten it. It feels like it is blocked from going past 90 degrees. It happened randomly while sleeping. It was swelling up 5 months ago randomly with little to no pain and eventually got better. I had meniscus surgery on the same knee over 10 years ago.
