This clinic is 100% free. Sliding Scale fee is not applicable.

Provides medical care for patients without health insurance who are sick or want to be proactive about chronic health needs and medication management.

They help with:

Medical Hours:

  • Mon - Thur 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Fri 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • 1st & 3rd Sat 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

They also provide dental care for those without dental insurance.

Mainly they do extractions but also provide dental cleaning clinics 2 or 3 months per year.

Salem Free Clinics (SFC) exists to provide quality, compassionate healthcare at no cost the uninsured in our community as an expression of Christ’s love.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    All Salem Free Clinics asked for was a few basics (medications, health condition(s), D.O.B.). They didn't ask any info on income. Everyone qualifies there.

    I took my daughter to salem free clinic, the care was excellent. The doctor was warm and friendly and very professional.
