The Dream Center Clinic provides free routine outpatient health and wellness services to the medically underserved residents of North Charleston and Hanahan communities. The Clinic serves over 5,000 patient visits a year and has expanded to offer vision and dental services.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

Dental Clinic
First three Mondays of every month
6:00PM - 8:00PM

Vision Clinic
Second Saturday of every month
9:00AM - 12:00PM

Neurology Clinic
Third Saturday of every month
8:00AM - 1:00PM

PATIENT ELIGIBILITY

Must be between the ages of 18 and 65.
Must live in North Charleston, Hanahan, or West Ashley. (exception: neurology patients accepted from all over state of SC)
Must not have any form of health insurance.
Must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for your household. The number is based on all members of the household.
Patients wishing to become established at the Dream Center Clinic are required to have the following documentation.
 Valid photo ID
 Proof of Residency (Phone bill, utility bill, etc.)
 One of the following: 1099, 2 recent pay stubs, tax return or food stamp letter
