The La Fe Yandell Adult Clinic provides full, primary health-care to our community members ages 18 and up.
Its bilingual staff is highly experienced in working with adults and the elderly living with hypertension or diabetes, two of our community's leading health conditions. Patients in need of diabetes-prevention/ management support can receive one-on-one classes at this facility or they can attend group classes at La Fe's Central Clinic.
The La Fe Yandell Adult Clinic features its own in-house pharmacy, giving its patients affordable and on-site access to their prescriptions.
Information regarding the Affordable Care Act's marketplace and on-site registration assistance is available at this facility for all community members. Walk-in patients are welcome at this clinic.
This facility is located just outside of the Downtown El Paso area and adjacent to La Fe's Jose Roman Pediatric Clinic.

La Fe requires that patients register to become members of our organization before receiving medical services.
La Fe offers specialized primary and preventive health care through traditional services such as immunizations, medical and dental care, and appropriate health-promotion programs.
