Includes well-child visits, women’s health, family planning, annual physicals, chronic disease management, sick care, and more, Prenatal Care: family medical providers provide basic early prenatal care offered to pregnant women with low risk pregnancies. Referral options available for late prenatal care, deliveries, and high risk conditions, Counseling: provides counseling services for mild-to-moderate mental health conditions, such as depression, seen commonly in primary care, Dental Care: dentists and dental hygienists provide basic dental services from cleanings to tooth extractions. These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
