Eligibility:

Live in the Town of Colonial Beach or Westmoreland County.
No medical insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Not in an emergency condition.
Earn below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

NEW since 2020 - If you earn between 201% - 400% of the Federal Poverty Level, and are uninsured, your primary care at GFC is free,  you will receive for a 70% discount at Mary Washington Healthcare. Your annual bill cannot exceed 5% of your total household income.
