Customer Reviews

Admin on Jan 6, 2015

I contacted the ARDC after being referred by a local E.R. For severe infection (potentially dental infections can be deadly) & pain. The Norfolk ARDC has refused me care or referral of service to get the treatment & care that I urgently & desperately need. Please ask er Drs to stop referring this organization that only caters to certain residents of Hampton Roads. In NO part of my referral or any online listings does it state you must be a Norfolk resident, the claim that the ARDC assists those in need of help in Hampton Roads is not only very misleading it is also false. I\'d like to know how your employees would feel if they couldn't afford healthcare & are asking for help only to be turned down. I asked the Red Cross for Help & they turned me down.
