Yesterday began to develop rash in lower left side, abdomen and back area after spending last several days in bed from constipation, nausea, potential food poisoning. I suspect several sources as potentially bbq cooked Thursday evening, spinach salad as well as banana water. I would also like STD test to rule it out. My last sexual encounters were with my exwife in 10/17, 03/18

intense pain in lower right back. Fever and chills. Nausea with food--okay with water, small amounts of juice & black coffee. No blood in urine; able to urinate easily. Heating pad helps, but only while in use.

I am divorced single heterosexual with only 3 female partners dispersed intermittently over 6 years.

Diabetes, but has been under control without medication since losing weight and changing my diet. Hashimoto's, but diet and Nature-Throid have helped symptoms. I have been diagnosed with carbohydrate malabsorption.
