Tracy Free Clinic provide quality, free healthcare and social services to those in need including the uninsured, under-insured and the displaced individuals in the community.

As a non-profit organization, volunteers and donations are always needed and welcome.

Tracy Free Clinic is open every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at 652 West 11th Street, Suite 125, Tracy.

No appointment necessary.

First come, first served, up to 36 people per clinic.

Currently, they provide:


  • Urine pregnancy testing

  • Evaluation of urinary tract infections

  • Evaluation of respiratory illness

  • Medication refills

  • Social Services information

  • Flu Vaccines

  • Hypertension Screening

  • Diabetes Screening

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I take 11 scripts daily morning, noon, evening and at bedtime, Have to have my pills reordered before I run out. especially the Cumadin.
