Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath and
Travel to countries with coronavirus alerts within 14 days of onset of symptoms or
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems

General Business Hours: Mondays through Fridays 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. unless marked by an asterisk*
The following programs are closed on the 2nd Thursday of each month
Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m.
Dental - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month
Family Planning - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m.
Immunizations - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month
Refugee Health - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month
STD/TB/HIV - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month
WIC - closed the 2nd Thursday of each month
Monday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
