*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.

I have very limited income and could not afford insurance. I went to UT and got assistance to have surgery on my tooth because it has been hurting for 6 years and I have not had any money. UT will do oral surgery but I need a statement from a doctor stating that it is okay to do so because my blood pressure was high. My appointment is tomorrow and I am in desperate need of help.

I have been unemployed for about 3 months. I went yesterday for an interview, they then sent me to get Urinalysis and physical. Doctor took blood pressure and said was really high. I can not get job until I get a clearance from a doctor. Please help me.
