Adult and Geriatric Services
Our doctors see all adults and geriatric patients for different health problems such as diabetes and hypertension.
Our in-house WIC program works together with our medical services, making sure all pregnant women and children get the nutritional services they need.

How do you register at Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic?
On the day of your appointment, you need to bring the following:
Birth dates of all family members
Proof of income (one month's pay stubs for both husband and wife, last year's tax returns, or, if unemployed, your T.E.C. card)
Complete insurance information (company's name, member of family covered, policy number, and type of coverage)
Medicare and/or Medicaid card and/or CHIP or State Welfare card (if covered)
If you do not have insurance, when you register we will determine what percent of the actual clinic cost you will have to pay. We charge a sliding scale fee based on your income. The clinic will never refuse care because a person has no money. You can make arrangements with the Business Office. We invite you to visit and register at the Clinic.
