Triad's Free Health Clinic is held once a month on a Saturday.  Clinic is operated by a licensed physician.  Everyone is welcome.


    Please bring a list of your home medications and dosages. You may want to bring the prescription bottles themselves for the first appointment.

    Please bring a government issued ID for instance a license or photo id with you name on it

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
