Tuesdays: 1 to 5 p.m.

Ages: Birth - 21 years of age

Services: Physicals for school, sports, Head Start, and camp. Other services provided include: immunizations, lab/lead/TB tests, well-child check-ups, care/medicine for sick children and teens, and help applying for insurance programs.

Free clinic offers quality healthcare provided by Nurse Practitioners, Blank Children's Hospital medical residents, and Blank Children's Hospital registered nurses.
