Aberdeen Community Health Center provides women's health care, mental health care services, lab services, diabetes care, family health care, pediatrics, physicals, DOT physicals, OB/Prenatal care, and assistance and counseling with the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Community Health Center also offers free sports physicals for student's grades 6-12.

Horizon also offers behavioral health services for individuals, groups and families at all of our community health centers through telemedicine and local partnerships, such as Northeast Mental Health Center (NEMHC) in Aberdeen.


This Health Center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income
