Open for acute physical problems on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, also operate a Chronic Care Clinic on Wednesdays, providing education, monitoring and treatment for hypertension, diabetes and chronic lung diseases such as Asthma.
The mission of TCFC is to provide quality free healthcare, education and medications to thousands of people in Madison County without health care benefits.
The goals and objectives of the CFC are to improve the quality of life those with few health options through medical treatment and health education.
Mondays through Thursdays 9am - 3pm.
Fridays 9am - 11am.
New Patient Registration:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2pm.
Evening clinic hours:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4pm. By appointment only.
Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
Low-grade fever (approx 100 degrees Fahrenheit for adults)
Mild, dry cough
Mild body aches
Fever above 100.4 F
Temporary shortness of breath when you exert yourself
Exhaustion, need to stay in bed
Constant trouble breathing
Persistent chest pain or pressure
Trouble staying awake
Blue lips or face
