Apicha Community Health Center Services Include:

• Regular check-ups for diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure
• Health Education
• Health Maintenance
• Vaccinations
• HIV | STD Screening

Services also include Chronic Disease Management for conditions like HIV/AIDS, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and Hepatitis B and C, as well as care for short-term diseases like strep throat, bronchitis, sinus infections, and STIs.

They offer services to anyone regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status. If you are uninsured or underinsured, they offer a low cost/sliding-fee scale option based on your income.
