Monday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Late Night Clinics are on Monday and Tuesday nights by appointment.

At CABUN Rural Health Services, we accept Medicare, Medicaid, most major insurance plans, cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (870) 798-3515 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit according to our sliding scale.
