Avera Creighton has five facilities to serve the residents of Northeast Nebraska, including the communities of Creighton, Verdigre, Bloomfield, Wausa, Center, Orchard, Winnetoon, Brunswick and others. Located 45 miles from Norfolk, Nebraska, and 50 miles from Yankton, South Dakota, we are proud to serve Northeast Nebraska residents with a hospital, medical clinics and long-term care facility.


This Health Center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income
