Self-Pay Discount Program
The Ventura County Health Care Agency provides health care to all individuals, regardless of ability to pay. We encourage our self-pay, low income, and uninsured patients to apply for government assistance programs. For patients who are not eligible for other programs, the Ventura County Health Care Agency offers the Self-Pay Discount Program.

If your income is below 700% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines, you may qualify for our Self-Pay Discount Program. We have three levels of our discount program.
Our discounts are for all Ventura County Health Care Agency clinics, Ventura County Medical Center, and Santa Paula Hospital. We will also discount many of our services purchased from outside our system.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - Midnight. Friday: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 am - 5 pm Lab M-F 7:30 am to 4:30 pm - appointments preferred Note: The lab draw will be at 4:00 pm X-Ray: Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
