Services: Primary Care for Adults and Children, Preventive and Restorative Dental Care for Adults and Children, Maternal Services, Health Education, Teen Counseling Clinic, STD, HIV/AIDS Testing, and Project T.E.A.M. (Teenage Education to Avoid Motherhood), Child Health and Disability Program (CHDP), Assistance for families who wish to enroll in the MediCal, Healthy Families and Healthy Kids Insurance Programs

Un-insured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent, therefore, services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.
