They offer: annual exams, well-child visits, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care.

They also offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.

In addition to accepting all Major Commercial Insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, PeachState, Amerigroup, CareSource, and Tricare, services are offered on a sliding fee scale to patients who qualify. Payment can be set according to ones income level and family size.
