Provides confidential family planning services, including birth control supplies and pregnancy tests, STD immunizations, reproductive health education and counseling, nutrition education and counseling, enrollment in supplemental food program, and childbirth classes. Services available on sliding scale fee, but no one is refused services because of inability to pay. Member of Memphis Teen Vision


This Center is based on Sliding scale fees which  are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 (must be in clinic by 3:30 pm for services)
