The C’eyiits’ Hwnax Life House Community Health Center provides healthcare services to Alaska Native, American Indian, and non-Native people in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough communities between Palmer and Eureka, which includes Sutton/Alpine, Chickaloon and Glacier View.

Services are available to all members of these communities on a sliding fee scale based on household income and size.

They offer:

• Primary care
• Behavioral health
• Select pharmacy services
• Radiology
• Scheduled specialty care (mammograms, dietitians, women’s health and more)
• Health education
• Wellness center
• Transportation to and from appointments

Clinic Hours:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (closed from noon to 1:00pm)
