The Clifton Forge Health Department is closed on Mondays and Fridays. The varied hours are on 1st Tuesdays of the month, 8:00AM - 12:00PM, 4th Tuesdays of the month, 8:00AM - 3:30PM, and every Thursday, 8:30AM - 3:00PM. Special clinics are advertised in the Roanoke Times newspaper. Our clinic services are provided based on family income and a sliding fee scale and/or at no cost to our customers.
