I am needing to get a physical exam, tb skin test, hepatitis B vaccine and a Td shot for school and was wondering if that can be done at the clinic. There’s some papers that would need to be filled out and signed by the doctor as well which I can send to you in advance if needed.

Inside the right side of my back there's a large amount of pain only slightly earlier when laying down. Shortness in breath and loss of focus as a result of the pain while vertical. It's making working very difficult because I'm a hairstylist and standing there whole time.
