Hours:

Open from 6 to 8:30pm on Tuesday evenings. 

They provide completely free medical care to all clients on a first come first serve basis. 

No proof of insurance needed. Provide care for all ages.

    Illness/minor injury care
    Well child exams
    Adult immunizations
    School/sport physicals
    Employment physicals 
    TB testing
    Translation languages: Spanish
    Chronic disease management
    Diabetes/blood glucose testing
    High blood pressure testing
    Cholesterol testing
    Social workers on site
