Eastern Shore Rural Health System, Inc. is a Community Health Center committed to enhancing the quality of life for the people on the Eastern Shore. We seek to serve the needs of our rural community by providing accessible, comprehensive and affordable medical, dental and health services in a caring, professional and safe environment.

*Due to a shortage of dentists locally, for the unforeseeable future our dental program will provide comprehensive services (fillings, extractions and cleanings) for high risk populations including:
    Children
    Pregnant women, diabetics and patients who have HIV, or are receiving radiation therapy and/or chemotherapy for cancer, or are preparing for organ transplant or prosthetic joint replacement
    Patients with other complex medical conditions referred by a Rural Health medical provide
