COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for Patients
Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. You will be required to prove financial need in order to receive free services or services at a reduced cost. In order to get more information on this clinic, click on the icons below. The Clayton County Board of Health offers specialty health services for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis. The Specialty Services Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuberculosis-screening/diagnosis (skin test, chest X-rays, lab work and sputum testing) and treatment/case management (medication, follow-up and medical consultations)
HIV/AIDS-confidential counseling and testing

The Adult Health Clinic provides the following services:
Blood pressure and weight evaluation
(included with a Women's Health exam)
Breast pelvic exam, pap smear screening and referrals
Breast self exam instruction and counseling
Screening, diagnosis, treatment and/or referral for vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infections
Routine laboratory testing (included with a Women's Health exam)
Mammogram referral through BreasTest and More

Child Health Dental Services at the Clayton County Board of Health offers quality, low-cost dental health care for all children ages 1-18 years old. Our services include cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, oral hygiene, fillings, stainless steel crowns, space maintainers, oral exams, X-rays, extractions, and dental pulp treatment.
Services are provided at a discounted fee or self-pay sliding scale. Proof of county residency and income information must be presented at each clinic visit. We accept Medicaid, Amerigroup, Peach State, WellCare, Cigna Dental, and United Concordia Dental.
The CCBOH Dental Clinic operates Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of holidays. For more information or to make an appointment, call (678) 610-7421.
