COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for Patients
Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems

This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. Public Health services are provided at Public Health Centers located in Fulton County. Contact the Center nearest you for more information about services or call 404-612-1211 (voice). Not all services are offered at every Public Health Center.
Most Public Health Centers are open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Click on a clinic below for evening hours, Saturday clinics, and services offered in the clinic.
Fees for services are charged based on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. An individual with no health insurance can qualify for the sliding fee scale as long as you bring the following information:
1. Proof of Fulton County residency and
2. Proof of income and family size

Newly renovated Neighborhood Union Health Center has re-opened after extensive renovations. The health center is the first multidiscipline facility in the state designed to address health disparities experienced in the Vine City community. In addition to the Department of Health and Wellness services, the center will provide mental health and substance abuse counseling, career counseling and training and primary care services.
