Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. You will be required to prove financial need in order to receive free services or services at a reduced cost. Geddes Medical Clinic Avera is a Community Health Center. Mid-level provider available five days a week
Diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and medical conditions
Management of chronic health care needs
High blood pressure
Preventive health care
Routine and specialized exams for men, women and children
Extensive referral sources available for specialized needs
This Health Center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income
Hours of Operation
Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
Wednesday - Friday: 8:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m.
