Heart of Virginia Free Clinic is a private,non profit, 501c3, community-based, faith-based organization that provides free health care and free prescriptions to low-income, working un-insured and under-insured adults in the greater Farmville area.

Eligibility Requirements:
Uninsured
Employed or Unemployed less than 6 months
Lives in Southside Virginia
Age 18-64
Income below 200% of poverty level

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I need a d.o.t. physical

    On Friday November 1st, I fell and hit my jaw on the corner of the sink. I held ice on it to help with the swelling. It hurts when I try to eat.. I can talk but if I move my mouth in any way to eat it hurts in my jaw. I have to pinch off food and slowly put the food in my mouth. I still feel a small lump on side of my jaw where it hit the sink.

    I fell and did somthing with my chest ,arm and inner thigh on my right leg .It has been two weeks and it feels good then it hurts again ,I am not working that is why I have not gone to the doctor yet.
