The Health Services of North Texas (HSNT) office at the Collin County Center offers infectious disease care, primary medical care for adults, behavioral health and limited pediatrics.
Services: family medicine appointments, annual physicals, behavioral health services, immunizations, on-site lab testing, well-woman exams, and same-day sick visits (when possible).
HSNT takes payment through Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most major insurance plans for payment. If you are uninsured, underinsured, or have limited financial resources, they have a sliding fee scale based on income.
